Dorothy’s Place is a beautiful, comfortable and tranquil island located in the vibrant Kreuzberg neighborhood of Berlin. Keith, our accommodating host, was as thoughtful and caring as they come. The apartment comes fully equipped and serves as a perfect base for anyone looking to explore all that Berlin has to offer. It’s within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping and museums and the nearby U-bahn (subway) is a cinch to use. Inside the pad, we loved the cozy couch, the internet access and the especially good vibe. Outside, we loved the Imbiss (sandwich stand) by the U-Bahn called ‘Mustafa’s Gemüse Kebap,’ which not only serves a fine version of the traditional Berliner Döner sandwich, but dishes out a splendid veggie (Gemüse) version as well. Our trip to Berlin couldn’t have been more perfect and we blame it all on Keith’s loving personality and his charming pad, Dorothy’s Place. We say, book now. Do not hesitate. It’s a much better and more reasonable option than a hotel, truly a home away from home. If only we could click our heels together three times and be transported back there now! Keith--see you again soon and again, many, many thanks!
