What is Dorothy's Place?
It is a small, charming, furnished flat in the
heart of Berlin, which I let short-term (vacation rental) or long-term (internship, etc.) to friends and other nice people. It's a private arrangement without any help from agencies. Therefore, much is based on mutual trust and prices can be kept reasonable.
The apartment consists of a main living room, a separate bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom, together about 50m². Clean and comfortable, this apartment is in the middle of one of Berlin’s most happening neighborhoods. Beautiful hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron/ironing board, real living plants – all the comforts of home.
Rental includes cable color television plus video/dvd/cd players and wireless broadband Internet service. For those visitors without personal laptops, there is a good-working desktop PC available. Also on hand is an interesting book/cd/dvd/vhs library for your use and enjoyment. The apartment is also equipped with a telephone for local & incoming calls - no extra charge.
